Every generation already shifts between Dreaming, Planning, and Doing (DPD-ing)—we just didn't have the language or structure to do it with intention and purpose for teams. With the DPD Framework-now we do.

Planner: Building schedules across school, internships, and content

💡 Millennials — Entrepreneurial Switchers - “I switch to stay aligned with my ‘why.’”
Dreamer: Vision-casting for a side hustle or creative outlet
