DPD Framework

The Dreamer-Planner-Doer (DPD) Framework is a behavioral operating system designed to enhance team collaboration and productivity by identifying three key personas: 

Dreamers (visionaries), Planners (strategists), and Doers (executors). 

It helps align diverse working styles, improve communication, and speed up execution by matching tasks to the appropriate persona. 

Purpose: It aims to reduce friction in teams, stop "analysis paralysis," and allow individuals to switch between these roles based on the situation.

Key Aspects of the DPD Framework:

Four Meeting Modes: The framework operates through four meeting Modes:

• Mind Dumping 
• Dreaming 
• Planning 
• Doing 

The Three Personas:

• Dreamer: Focuses on vision, innovation, and "what's next".
• Planner: Focuses on strategy, structure, and scalability.
• Doer: Focuses on execution, speed, and tangible results.

Application: It is used by individuals, coaches, leaders, managers, and teams to improve decision-making and productivity.
