What's the DPD Framework?

Rooted in Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, Performance Theory, Game Theory, and Cognitive Flexibility, the DPD Framework (DPD-ing) builds Persona Agility as a skill—not a fixed trait. It’s a science-forward framework that reduces ego friction, enhances trust, and accelerates innovation through better communication, collaboration, and execution. DPD-ing is ideal for team building, realignment, and conflict resolution.

Built ontop of traditional personality tests that tell you who you are (Personal Awareness), the DPD Framework trains individuals and teams to Dynamically Switch Personas (DPS)—with intention and purpose based upon what we call Relational Awareness. It’s not enough to know yourself—we must understand the relational field and switch our persona to meet the moment with precision, empathy, and impact. The DPD equips people to read the dynamics, the room, meet the moment, and move faster together.

So, how does it work in practice? By tapping into our most intuitive human archetypes—the Dreamer, the Planner, and the Doer—DPD-ing reshapes how individuals and teams perform, lead, and connect.  The DPD Framework helps individuals and teams clarify the purpose of each meeting before the meeting starts and primes members by asking: What is the purpose of today's meeting? Are we dreaming, planning, or doing?

Once the purpose is clear, DPD intentionally calls out which persona should be activated:

Dreamer Persona, Planner Persona, or Doer Persona.

DPD EXAMPLE:

“What are we doing?”
“We’re brainstorming feature ideas for the next launch.”
“Cool. So this is a Dreamer meeting?”
“Yes—everyone is locked into Dreamer persona.”
“Planner here. I’m locked in Dreamer.”
“Doer here. I’m locked in Dreamer.”

“Great. Let’s start with a quick Mind Dump—get everything out of our heads and assign a priority level. Once we’ve cleared that space, we can dream big.”

Once we’re done, we’ll switch into Planner Persona—bringing order to our dream. We’ll assess risks, contingencies, resources, and timelines.

Finally, we’ll invoke and assume our Doer Persona posture to create momentum by identifying the actions we can take immediately to get the ball rolling. and build momentum.”

That's DPDing (Dreaming.Planning.Doing) Together.

The result? Ideation meetings aren’t bogged down by Planner or Doer fixation on feasibility or risk—allowing true innovation to emerge faster than your competitors. Planning meetings stay focused on structure, process, timelines, and risk mitigation—instead of drifting into constant ideation. And when it’s time to execute-do, teams avoid analysis paralysis and shift into productive, focused action.

This is the power of DPD-ing (Dreaming. Planning. Doing) Together.

Turn work into play with the DPD Framework—communicate better, innovate faster, execute smarter, and win more often. Always be DPDing - together. Team Building and Leadership Development Never Felt This Good.
