Born out of necessity, the DPD Framework began as a structured way to turn ideas into reality. Originally created as a personal project management tool, it helped me navigate the natural phases of creativity, strategy, and execution. But what started as an individual system quickly revealed its universal application—improving how teams communicate, collaborate, and make decisions across all areas of life.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked exclusively in tech startups. And time after time, one thing became clear: the most successful teams instinctively shifted between personas—Dreamer, Planner, and Doer—depending on the moment’s needs. The more they embraced this dynamic approach, the faster they executed, the better they performed, and the more harmony they created.
