DPD Volunteer Councils

Mission: To architect and manage the executional flow of DPD Framework initiatives by designing clear, modular, and scalable project systems that empower volunteer contributors, facilitators, and partners to deliver meaningful, high-impact results—on time, with clarity, and in alignment with the DPD method.

Role Type: Volunteer-Contributor (with performance-based incentives)

Council Size: 8 members

Commitment: 5 hrs/week (minimum)

Term: 90 days, renewable upon review

 Mission: To equip, certify, and empower a new wave of DPD Framework facilitators who deliver transformational workshops and programs inside companies, schools, and communities.

Mission: To forge strategic partnerships and close deals that activate DPD inside organizations, generate revenue, and expand our ecosystem of aligned clients, collaborators, and champions.

 Mission: To craft, package, and amplify the message of the DPD Framework across digital channels, client materials, training assets, and thought leadership platforms to grow brand awareness, credibility, and engagement.
